Description

Sunny Haven is a late 17th-century cottage located on Broughton School Road. It is a one-storey building with attics and features a three-unit plan. The exterior is made of painted brick, with a tumbled brick parapet gable on the right side. The cottage has a thatched roof, complemented by one local red brick shafted stack and a single ridge stack. There are two modern gabled dormers, a plank door, and two windows, one of which is a horizontal sliding sash with glazing bars.
