Description

Little Farmhouse is a 17th century farmhouse located on Broughton Causeway Road. It features a lobby entry and has a three-unit plan with an outshut. The building is constructed with a timber frame and is rendered with pebble-dash, topped by a plain tile roof. A square ridge stack made of local brick has four diagonal shafts and was dated 1642 on a plaster panel, which has been recently removed. The exterior includes a plank door and three modern casement windows. Inside, the farmhouse has sealed inglenook hearths and stop-chamfered ceiling beams.
