Description

This cottage, located to the south of the Crown Public House on Broughton Bridge Road, is believed to date from the 17th century. It has a two-unit plan with a service room on the left side that is lower in height. The structure is timber-framed, plastered, and colour-washed, topped with a thatched roof. It features two plank doors and three windows of varying sizes, all with glazing bars, including one window that has a single shutter.
