Description

Pig Oak Farmhouse is a 1723 farmhouse with later additions from the mid-18th century and 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brickwork with a thatched roof, although extensions are tiled. The original range has end brick stacks. A first-floor brick plat band runs along the facade. The original house has one and a half storeys and originally had a three-window front. Ground floor openings are set within segmental brick arches. There are two and three-light timber casement windows with glazing bars. A 19th or 20th century square bay window is on the ground floor to the left. A central plank door has a datestone above it.
