Small detached cottage. Probably C18, - left section appears a later addition. Brick walls - possibly a facing on cob. Thatched roof, brick end stacks. One storey and attic. Ledged door in brick porch with gabled tiled roof. Ground floor has 3 casements with horizontal glazing bars under segmental brick arches. Attic has 2 dormers with casements with remains of lead lights. Later - probably C20, rear extension. Main ground floor room has large fireplace with timber lintel.
