Description
Number 90 East Morden is a detached cottage, likely built in the 18th century, with an extension added to the south in the mid-20th century. The cottage features brick walls that are plastered at the rear and has a thatched roof with brick stacks at both ends and in the center. It stands two storeys tall.
The original section of the cottage includes a panelled door set in a plastered porch, which has a gabled tiled roof. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has three similar windows. The extension also has a similar door and porch, along with one casement window with glazing bars on each floor. Inside, the main room on the ground floor boasts a large open fireplace with a timber lintel.
