Description

This is a late 18th-century detached cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac lane off Higher Street in Morden. The cottage has plastered walls, a thatched roof, and a brick end stack. It is one storey high with an attic. Originally, it comprised two rooms, with the entrance on the rear elevation. The ground floor now features two 20th-century casement windows. The attic contains a dormer window with remnants of leaded lights. Inside, the main ground floor room contains a large open fireplace and two exposed ceiling beams.
