Detached cottage. Probably C18. Plastered walls on brick base. Thatched roof, hipped at south end. Brick stack at north end. Plastered porch with tiled roof and glazed door. Ground and first floors each have 2 horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Additional small window under eaves. Single-storey extension on south, of brick with tiled roof. RCHM Monument 38.
