Detached cottage. Probably mid-C19. Brick walls in Flemish Bond with burnt headers, and dentil cornice at eaves. Half-hipped slate roof. Central brick stack. 2 storeys. Single-storey slate-roofed lean-to extensions at each end. Part-glazed door. Ground floor has 2 casement windows with cast iron diamond lights. First floor has 2 similar windows and one timber casement window with glazing bars. Included for group value.
