Description
King’s Corner Farm House is a detached farmhouse that appears to date mainly from the 19th century, but likely has earlier origins. It is constructed of brick with a slate roof featuring bargeboards and an ornamental ridge. Brick end and centre stacks are present. The house is set at right angles to the road and includes a single-storey wing at the north end, constructed of brick and with a tiled roof and a brick end stack. The main elevation features a part-glazed door set beneath a gabled hood supported on shaped brackets. There is also a metal French door, as well as one double-hung sash window with vertical glazing bars on the ground floor. Three similar windows are situated on the first floor.
