Detached cottage. Late C18. Flemish bond brick, tiled roof, gable-end brick stacks. 2-storey, 3-window. Central C20 door with flat wooden hood on brackets, 2-light casement either side with flat arches set above brick-on-edge solider course. First floor has 3-brick plat band and three 2-light casements. To left is single storey extension with blocked door and C19 2-light casement. Right return has two 2-light casements to attic. Interior not inspected.
