Description

Ivy Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage located at the end of a row on Dean Lane in Whiteparish. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick with a tiled roof and features a brick stack on the left side. The cottage is two stories high and has four windows. To the left of the center, there is a six-panelled door set in a beaded case, accompanied by a 20th-century porch. Flanking the door are fixed 12-pane windows in a canted bay, while to the right, there is a 16-pane sash window. The first floor includes three 3-light casements and one 2-light casement. The eaves are dentilled, and there is a boxed gutter. The interior has not been inspected.
