Description
This is an 18th-century detached cottage situated on the east side of Whiteparish Common Road. The walls are constructed using a Flemish garden wall bond brick pattern, and the roof is thatched with a hip to the left side and a half-hip to the right, featuring an axial brick stack. The cottage is single-storey with an attic, and has three windows. A planked door is set within a moulded case to the left of the centre; to the right are two three-light casement windows. There are three eyebrow dormers, each containing a two-light casement window. A lean-to extension is located to the right, with a planked door. A weatherboarded lean-to, with a hipped thatched roof, is on the left return side. The interior has not been inspected.
