Description

Withering Heights is a detached cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick and features a half-hipped tiled roof with a brick stack. The building is two stories high and has three windows. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set within a modern gabled porch. On either side of the door, there is a two-light leaded casement window with segmental heads. The first floor has a central blind window flanked by two-light casement windows. The right and left sides of the cottage are windowless, and there is a 20th-century extension at the rear. Inside, the cottage includes chamfered beams.
