Description
Bellevue is a detached house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick with vitrified headers, and has an ornamental tiled roof with gable-end brick stacks. The house is two storeys high and has a two-window front. A central six-panelled door is topped with a fanlight and a gabled canopy. Either side of the door is a 16-pane sash window with a flat arch and keystone. The first floor has two 12-pane sash windows, also with keystones. The left and right returns of the house have no windows. Wavy bargeboards are present. Attached to the left is a single-storey extension with a tiled roof and 20th-century casement windows. At the rear, the ground floor has 16-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 12-pane sashes. A glazed verandah is located on the ground floor. The interior of the house was not inspected.
