Description

Old Quoins Cottage is a detached cottage likely dating from the 18th century. It has cob walls, some plastered and some faced with brick, built on a brick base. The roof is thatched, with brick stacks at the centre and ends. The cottage is two storeys high. A lean-to extension with a tiled roof is located at the west end. A brick porch with a thatched roof provides access, and there is a part-glazed ledged door alongside a stable-type door. The ground and first floors each have three casement windows with glazing bars.
