Description

The Nest is a detached cottage, likely built in the late 18th century. It features plastered cob walls resting on a flint base and has a thatched roof that is hipped at the left end. There is a brick chimney stack at the right end of the building. The cottage is two storeys high and has a 20th-century porch with a stable door at the right end. Both the ground and first floors have three casement windows with glazing bars. Inside, there are some exposed ceiling beams.
