Description

This is an 18th-century semi-detached cottage situated on the south side of Blandford Hill. The building has walls of plastered cob, a thatched roof, and brick end stacks. It is two storeys high, featuring a ledge door and two casement windows with glazing bars on both the ground and first floors. The main ground floor room contains a large open fireplace with a cambered timber lintel and a bread oven. The ceiling incorporates some chamfered beams.
