Description

Frogmore Farm House is a detached farmhouse, probably from the 18th century. It features brick walls that are partly pebbledashed and has a thatched roof with brick end stacks. The house is one storey high with attics, and the front wall is buttressed. There is a ledged door set in a timber gabled porch. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows with glazing bars, while the attic has two and a half dormers with similar casements. To the east, there is a single-storey extension made of brick with a tiled roof, which includes a 20th-century French door and a casement window. At the rear, there is a single-storey lean-to with a slate roof. Inside, the western ground floor room features a large open fireplace with a timber lintel that has been partly built up, along with some exposed ceiling beams. There are also attached outbuildings to the west, constructed of brick with corrugated iron roofs.
