Description
This is a detached mill house dating from the mid-19th century. It has dressed stone walls with brick detailing around the windows and arches, and a slate roof with parallel ridges. Brick stacks are located on the left and right, situated in the valley. The house is two storeys high with three windows; these are sash windows with glazing bars, and have stone sills. Window shutters are present on the ground floor. The central front door is flush-panelled, with a rectangular light above featuring marginal glazing bars, all dating to the 19th century, and is sheltered by a 20th-century wooden canopy. A rubble-stone front garden wall with random flint coping is attached to the building.
