Description

Two attached cottages date from the early 19th century. They are built of rubble-stone and have a slate roof, half-hipped in form, with a brick stack located at the centre of the ridge. The cottages are two storeys high and have a total of four windows. These windows are 3-light casements on the ground floor and 2-light casements above, incorporating cast iron frames and glazing bars arranged in small panes. They are set within segmental brick arches and have wooden cills. The entrances are now located on the side walls, with 20th-century doors.
