Description

Riverside Cottages are two attached cottages built in the early 19th century. They have rubble stone walls and a slate roof with a gable end on the right side. A brick stack is located at the center of the ridge. The cottages are two storeys high and feature four windows with 19th-century cast-iron casements that have glazing bars; the ground floor has three-light windows while the first floor has two-light windows. There are segmental brick arches above the windows. At both ends of the front elevation, there are 20th-century porches made of rubble stone with slate roofs, and the doors are also from the 20th century.
