Description

Myrtle Cottage is an attached cottage dating from around 1700. It features chalk block walls and a thatch roof that is half-hipped on the left side. There are brick stacks at each gable. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows, which are three-light wooden casements with glazing bars. The windows have wooden cills and lintels. The front door is centrally located and has flush and recessed panels, framed in wood and dating from the 19th century. Above the door, there is a bracketed wooden canopy that was added in the 20th century.
