Description

Randell Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage attached to Barges Farmhouse. It features rubble-stone walls and a thatch roof, with a brick stack located at the left gable and another to the right of the center. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows: two are 2-light wooden casements on the ground floor, and one is a 3-light wooden casement, all with glazing bars. The wooden cills and lintels are also notable. The front door, positioned to the left of center, is a plank door with two lights, dating from the 20th century, and it has a chamfered wooden lintel above it.
