Description

Vicarage Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It features rubble stone walls and a thatch roof, which has a gable end on the left side and is half-hipped on the right side. There is one brick chimney stack on the left gable. The cottage is two storeys high and has two small square, two-light wooden casement windows with horizontal glazing bars, which are in their original openings and have wooden cills. The front door, located at the centre, is a plank door from the 18th century and is set within a large door frame. Above the door is a porch with a hipped thatch canopy. Attached to the right side is a single-storey extension from the 19th century, also with a thatch roof, featuring a plank door with one glass light.
