Detached cottage. Early C18. Rubble-stone walls, part-rendered and bricked at front. Thatch roof with gable-end at left hand, and half-hipped at right hand. Brick stack with rebuilt C20 top at left hand gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 3-light-wooden casements (iron at centre). Plank front door, C19. Two-unit cottage, larger room to left. Interior: remains of open fireplace with brick jambs. Doorcase stair on rear wall.
