Detached Cottage. C18. Rubble-stone and chalk block walls. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick stack at left hand gable. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 4-light casements to ground floor, 3-light casements above, cast-iron casements with lead lights and wooden frames. Wooden cills. Iron tension-bars to windows throughout. Segmental brick arches over. Front door at centre, ground, flush- panelled and rib-panelled above. Moulded wooden framing, C19. Two sleeper buttresses on south end wall.
