Description

Thatch Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the 18th century. It features rubble-stone walls and a thatch roof with gable ends. There is a brick stack located at the center of the ridge, and the cottage is one and a half storeys high. It has two windows, which are three-light wooden casements with glazing bars, and the wooden cills and lintels are from the 19th century and have been renewed. The front door, located at the center of the south wall, is blocked and has a wooden lintel above it. The current doorway is situated on the west gable wall.
