Description

Glebe Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the 17th century, with a 20th-century rear wing. The cottage features chalk block walls resting on a rubble stone base and has a thatched roof. There is a single brick stack, painted white, located to the right of the center. The building is one and a half to two storeys high and has three windows, which are three-light wooden casements with wooden glazing bars and lead lights, along with wooden cills. The front door, positioned to the left of center, is a plank door framed in wood and dates from the 20th century. The rear wing, built around 1900, is constructed of brick and is also painted white, featuring a brick stack at the rear gable.
