Detached Cottage. Early C17. Chalk block walls with lias stone quoins and some flint banding. Thatch roof with gable ends, rendered south gable. C20 brick stacks at each gable. 1½ storeys. 3 windows, 3-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing-bars, wooden lintels over, concrete cills. 3 large eyebrow dormers, wooden casements. Front door at centre, flush-panelled with 9 top lights, C20. Continuous outshut at north end, for half of rear wall.
