Detached Cottage. Early C17. Flint and dressed stone walls, banded. Thatch roof. Brick stack at centre, ridge on alignment of front door. 1½ storeys. 5 windows, 2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars, wooden cills and chamfered lintels. 3-light casement right of front door. 5 eye- brow dormers, C20 2-light casements with glazing-bars. Plank door at centre with weatherboard, wood lintel over and door-frame, C19, Integral outshut at rear northern half only, banded walls and Bridgwater tile roof over.

Interior: lobby-entrance plan, with back-to-back fireplaces, wooden bressumers straight-chamfered. Attached stable on left hand end, banded base and rubble- stone walls above. Brick quoins. Clay-tile roof.
