Description

Brook Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the late 18th century. It features a distinctive design with flint and limestone chequers and a Bridgwater tiled roof, complete with gabled end brick stacks. The building is two stories high and has three windows across its front. The central entrance consists of a door with six fielded panels set within a semi-circular tiled porch, flanked by two 2-light leaded casements. On the first floor, there are three additional 2-light leaded casements. The right side of the cottage has a 2-light casement on the ground floor, while the rear includes a lean-to extension with single and 2-light casements on the first floor.
