Detached cottage. C17. Local lias stone roughly cut and squared, Ham stone dressings; thatched roof with stepped coped north gable, half-hip to south; brick north end chimney stack with traditional baffle top. Single-storey with attic, 2 bays. Hollow chamfered 3-light mullioned windows in wave mould recesses, with square labels above 3-light casements set into swept thatch dormers, that to bay 2 older: between bays a C20 boarded door and frame in plain opening, with open timber and thatch porch. South gable rendered, with C20 casement windows. Interior not seen.
