Description

Corner Cottage is a detached cottage, originally comprising two dwellings, dating from around the late 17th century and altered in the 20th century. It has rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof with gable ends. Brick stacks are located at the left-hand ridge and the right-hand gable. The cottage is one-and-a-half storeys high, with five windows; these are 2-light wooden casements with glazing bars. They have wooden sills and concrete lintels. A 20th-century plank door is situated to the right of the centre. A former doorway has been blocked towards the left-hand end of the building.
