Description
Hyde Farmhouse is an attached farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It features stone walls that are rendered and painted, with a slate roof that has stone gable coping on the left side. The building has three stacks: one made of early 20th-century brick at the left gable, another of 19th-century brick on the ridge, and one rendered towards the right end. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has four windows, which are three-light cast-iron casements with glazing bars and wooden cills. The front door is located to the left of centre, and the porch includes a panelled door with wooden sides that are glazed above. The porch is topped with a slate roof and features ornamental barge-boards.
