Description

Orchard Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the 18th century, which was modernised in the 20th century. It features rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof that is gabled at both ends. The cottage is one storey high and has two windows on the wall facing the lane. One window is a single-light wooden casement with a lintel above, while the other is a two-light casement with glazing bars, a wooden lintel, and a cill. The front door, located on the right-hand gable end, is a plank door with one glass light and wooden framing.
