Detached cottage. Late C17, with refenestration. Rubble-stone walls. Thatch roof with stone gable-copings and moulded kneelers. C20 brick stack at east gable. Two storeys. 2 windows. 3-light C20 wood casements with horizontal glazing-bars. Wood cills. 3-light casements over have ovolo- moulded mullions and pegged frames. Front door at centre, plank with one glass light, C20. Wood lintel over. (RCHM Dorset I, p.194(6))
