Description

Dunster's Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the 17th century. It features rubble stone walls and a thatched roof, which is hipped at the left side and gabled at the right. There are two brick stacks, one located at the apex of the left hip and the other at the right gable end. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows: one four-light stone mullion window with hollow chamfers and a separate label above, along with two three-light stone mullion windows and one two-light window. The windows have 20th-century metal casements with lead lights. The front door is a plank-and-muntin design, studded, and also dates from the 20th century, with a concrete lintel above it.
