Description
Charity Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, with a possible earlier core. It features rubble-stone walls with stone quoins and a slate roof that has stone slab eaves and is half-hipped on the right side. There are brick stacks at the ridge, positioned to the left and right of the centre. The building has two storeys and four windows, which are wooden casements with two and three lights and glazing bars, all with stone lintels that are keyed. The front door, located to the left of centre, is a flush-panelled design with four top lights and dates from the 19th century. Above the door is a bracketed wooden canopy. There is also a blocked doorway immediately to the right of centre. The farmhouse is included for its group value.
