Description
East Fleet Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse built in the late 18th century. It features rubble-stone walls, which are rendered at the front, and has a stone slab roof with clay-tile repairs. The building has brick stacks at both the left and right end walls and is designed in an L-shape.
The farmhouse is two storeys high and includes dormers, with sash windows that have glazing bars and wooden cills. On the long west side wall, there are two-light wooden casements also with glazing bars. The front door is centrally located and made of wood with one glass panel, dating from the 20th century. It is sheltered by a porch that has a brick sleeper wall and is glazed above. The porch features a pitched slate roof with a wavy barge-board and has two-leaf doors with two top lights.
