Granite rubble with granite dressings. Asbestos slate roof with granite stacks over the gable ends of original house, scantle slate roof to right. Plan: 2 room plan house with wider probably kitchen, right, parlour, left and lobby entrance between. C19 addition at rear. Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south-east front with doorway left of middle. Interior: not inspected. Part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set in the ancient field system of this part of Cornwall.
