Description

ST BURYAN TREVEDRAN SW 42 SW 8/162 House immediately north of Lower - Trevedran Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse. Circa late C18, possibly early C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. G uted scantle slate roof asbestos slate at rear. Brick chimney over left-hand gable end, original dressed granite chimney (heightened with brick) over right-hand gable end. Cast-iron ogee-section gutter. Plan: Probably 2 rooms at the front with cross passage and stair between with possibly 2 shallow service rooms at the rear. Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 3 window north front with doorway slightly left of middle. Circa early-C19 12-pane sashes to first floor openings. C20 door, small blocked window left of doorway, old 8-pane horned sash on the right. Interior not inspected.
