Description

This building is a farmhouse located immediately north of Lower Trevedran Farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century, possibly into the early 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings and features a gabled scantle slate roof, with asbestos slate at the rear. There is a brick chimney on the left-hand gable end and an original dressed granite chimney, which has been heightened with brick, on the right-hand gable end. The farmhouse has a cast-iron ogee-section gutter.

The layout likely consists of two rooms at the front with a cross passage and stair between them, along with possibly two shallow service rooms at the rear. The exterior is two storeys tall and has a slightly asymmetrical three-window north front, with the doorway positioned slightly left of the center. The first-floor openings feature early 19th-century 12-pane sash windows. The ground floor has a 20th-century door, a small blocked window to the left of the doorway, and an old 8-pane horned sash window on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
