ST BURYAN TREVEDRAN SW 42 SW 8/163 Higher Trevedran Farmhouse - GV II

Farmhouse. C18, eaves heightened circa early C19. Painted granite rubble with granite dressing, some oak lintels. Concrete tile roof with granite rubble and dressed granite chimneys over the gable ends. Plan: Long room plan (remodelled in the C20) front plus wide integral outshut behind the left-hand side probably containing service rooms and stair. Exterior: 2 storeys. Originally a nearly symmetrical 3 window west-south-west front with approximately central doorway. Original doorway is now fitted with a window and a doorway has been cut through right-hand window opening. C20 porch. Circa early C19 16-pane h nless sash on the left, otherwise later 4-pane horned sashes except for old 12-pane casement to rear of outshut. Interior not inspected.
