7/350 Tregarrick Farmhouse - II

Farmhouse. C18, extended in the C19. Coursed granite rubble walls, at the front, with granite dressings. Dry slate roof sweeping lower at rear. Dressed granite chimneys over the gable ends; brick chimney towards rear of left-hand end wall. Plan: Double depth plan plus later service room at rear left. Probably 2 large rooms at the front flanking an entrance hall which leads to stair hall between original rear service rooms. Exterior: 2 storeys. Wide symmetrical south-east front with central doorway. Circa early C19 4-panel door and fanlight with lozenge panes. Circa late C19 polygonal fretted open porch with slate roof and circa late C19 tripartite horned sashes in original wide window openings. Interior: not inspected.
