Farmhouse. C18. Granite rubble walls with granite moorstone dressings. Grouted scantle slate roofs. Dressed granite stack over original gable ends. Cast-iron ogee-section gutters. Plan: Double depth plan. Probably 2 similar sized rooms at the front flanking an entrance hall leading to stair hall between shallower rear service rooms. Circa early C19 a 1-room plan cottage was added on the right-hand side and a small service wing at the left-hand side; both have later C19 extensions at the rear. Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 4 window south front in the middle with central doorway. Circa early C20 glazed porch with some coloured glass. C20 door and windows in original openings. On the right is a lower 1 window front cottage with its doorway on the right. Original 6-panel door (partly sheathed) and circa late C19 horned sashes. Service wing on left has blind front. Interior not inspected.
