Description
This is a detached chimney that served a former beam engine house, dating from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble with a brick upper stage that features a roll-moulded collar. The chimney is round in shape and tapers as it rises, with a rectangular flue opening at the bottom. The lower stage is tall, while the short upper stage is partly fallen.
