Description

This is a detached chimney that serves a nearby engine house, built around 1888. It is constructed of granite rubble and brick. The chimney has a round shape and tapers as it rises, with rubble making up most of its height and brick used for the upper part. At the top, there is a brick collar featuring a machicolated cornice. The base of the chimney has an arched flue opening. This chimney is similar to another chimney located nearby.
