Description
The wash house located immediately south of Higher Trevedran Farmhouse dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings and features a grouted scantle slate roof, topped with a brick chimney on the left-hand gable end. The building has a small rectangular plan and is a single storey with simple, unaltered elevations. The front facing west-south-west has a doorway on the right, which contains an old divided ledged door, and there is a small window at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
