Description

This is a wash house built around the mid-19th century, located immediately north of Trerose Farmhouse. It is constructed from killas rubble with granite dressings and features a grouted scantle slate pyramidal roof. There is a brick chimney situated near the rear right-hand corner. The wash house has a square plan, with a doorway at the front and a window in the right-hand side wall. It is a single-storey structure with unaltered simple elevations and original openings. The interior has not been inspected.
