Description

The gate-piers at the road entrance to Boskenna date from the early 19th century and are made of granite ashlar. They feature a wide gateway with square monolith piers, which are flanked by low walls that are curved in plan. These walls are accompanied by large square-on-plan ashlar terminal piers. The structure includes chamfered plinths and sloped copings that project over the walls and piers. An old arch-braced wooden gate completes the entrance.
